Cancer On A Rise: A Battle We Need To Win
“Fighting cancer is a marathon, not a sprint. The causes of cancer are varied and differ based on the type and location of cancer. Lifestyle habits such as smoking, drinking, lack of exercise, unhealthy eating, and use of tobacco in any form like smoking, or chewing are some causes of cancer. Exposure to chemicals, fumes, UV, and radiation environments are some other factors that can lead to many types of cancer as well.

Avoiding infections that contribute to cancer, including hepatitis viruses, HIV, and human papillomavirus. Many are transmitted sexually or through contaminated needles. 6. Get enough vitamin D.
