Shinzo Abe is a Japanese politician who served as Prime minister for the longest in the history of Japan that is for consecutive eight years and was even President of the Liberal Democratic Party(LDP). He was immersed in a politically prominent family from the maternal as well as the paternal side. He is 66 years old as in 2020 being born on September 21, 1954.


His educational qualifications include being graduated from Seikei University in Tokyo and later moving to the United States, where he studied political science at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.


After four days of setting the record of the longest uninterrupted run as a leader, he resigned because of his ill health. He has been suffering from “ulcerative colitis”, an inflammatory bowel disease since he was a teenager. Abe is actually the country's first prime minister to have been born after World War-II and its youngest since the war.


In his control, he successfully recovered Japan from earthquakes, tsunamis, and even nuclear disasters. Despite being in hold for long, he failed to revise the constitution installed by the US after World war-II and also couldn't secure a peace treaty on the contested island which is claimed by both Russia as well as Japan. His governing party shall be electing a new leader as soon as his term officially ends in September 2021.


Shinzo Abe has always held quite good relations with all the countries, especially the US. He successfully secured Summer Olympics 2020 that now postponed till 2021 going to be held in Tokyo, Japan.
