Find A Way Through Self-Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis is therapeutically a procedure in which a person tunes into his/her subconscious and starts communicating with it. Our subconscious has access to a vast amount of data which includes not only the roots of our problem but even the solutions to it. And, therefore it’s an excellent tool to develop and enhance our imagination and creativity.
Self-hypnosis is in a way a procedure by which one gets into a relaxed state but neither is he/she completely asleep nor fully awake. Your brain or to be more precise, your subconscious mind starts resonating at a frequency that you were completely unaware of. With practice, one can develop some cool psychic abilities like lucid dreaming, astral projections, channeling and sensing energy fields and auras as well. Self-hypnosis is nothing but visualizing yourself into a situation and imagining all the various outcomes that are possible. Self-hypnosis works on a really simple principle which is, “the easier you can make it inside your head, the easier it will make things outside your head”.
Hypnosis begins by tapping into your subconscious and directing that whole energy towards achieving your goals. People often get scared when listening to stuff like hypnosis. But, there’s nothing to be scared of if you know the basic methodology of practicing the same. You can practice hypnosis in 3 simple steps which are –
Sit in a relaxed state and focus on your breathing.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful state and start engaging your senses.
Lastly, repeat a comforting affirmation.
At the beginning these affirmations can be simple like- “I am a peaceful soul, I am strong, I am happy and each day I will become happier” you can add just as many calming thoughts as you want to. The goal is to bring you peace. Every night when you are about to sleep, at that moment instead of reminiscing your exhilarating day you can just practice some self-hypnosis and plan your next day! Breathe, relax, and imagine. That’s it! Happy self-hypnosis people 😀
