COVID-19 had a huge impact on everyone’s lives, but it had hit the education sector the most. Schools and colleges have been closed for a long time and had left many students and teachers to suffer. Many universities and schools had promoted students to the next year, without even conducting exams, but this is not the way forward. Many students are facing the dilemma of studying without reaching the actual goal. The biggest question against authorities is that whether taking exams is essential going against one’s health?
The government is still trying to issue some guidelines which could focus on students' career without compromising their health. The system of online learning is also not a success in remote areas lacking internet facilities. This question is addressed by different people based on a distinct perspective, taking the career as an ultimate goal makes health a major problem and if health is taken into account unemployment and poverty create a problem.
What people say to overcome this problem is that if you have a life than only you could achieve your goals otherwise everything comes to an end, to which the youth of the country agrees but at the same time the infinite long wait for everything to go right, for the vaccine to come is seen as having a catastrophic impact on their future.
National governments are now committing trillions of dollars, in a matter of weeks, to maintain and eventually resuscitate economic activity. These investments are essential to safeguard people’s livelihoods, and therefore their health. So we still can have hopes for the situation to get back to normal again.
