There's a very popular saying that states " Pulling someone down will never help you reach the top" and there are end no. of living examples in front of us whose life story proves that we always rise by lifting others, not by pulling someone down. We should always remember that blowing someone else's candle doesn't make ours shine brighter.

Bullying is the worst thing which can one do to another person. Bullying can have lasting impacts on the person being bullied. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration defines that trauma caused as a result of bullying can have a set of circumstances that are physically and emotionally exhausting or even as harmful as life-threatening. The study shows that children facing bullying may experience intrusive thoughts and also sudden flashbacks of their bullying experience. Bullying is not only a topic, but it is an action. An action in which is seen by many, everyday within school systems, business offices, or on the streets

It is everywhere and has become part of the everyday environment. More often than not, bullying occurs greatly within local school systems, where it has come to the extent of having individuals remove themselves from the environment over bullying. Bullying can happen in many ways whether it be race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and the list goes on. It is not something that can be pushed away any longer. There is no reasonable explanation of bullying. Even cyberbullying is bullying even though it can't be seen. Use of information technology to harass others is a crime. It doesn’t necessarily mean hacking someone’s profiles or posing to be someone else. It also includes posting negative comments about somebody or spreading rumours to defame someone.

Whether it is Cyberbullying or any other kind of bullying it needed to be stopped immediately as always remember no one deserves to feel worthless and you are no one make someone feel worthless.
